Ben is the Managing Director of infinEd. He is a skilled instructional designer, with over seven years of experience studying and working in the field of education.

Ben has particular expertise in developing engaging, visual eLearning content, activities and assessments.

Coupled with his qualifications in computer-based graphic design and teaching, Ben’s experience ensures that he is well-placed to assist you in meeting your educational design and training needs.

Melanie is the Director of Educational Leadership for infinEd. Melanie is an experienced academic with more than three decades of experience in higher education. She is a recognised expert in education and leadership, with an extensive publication track record that included 10 textbooks and over 130 peer reviewed publications. Melanie’s professional history includes numerous leadership positions and experience with accreditation and regulatory bodies. She holds an honorary professorial appointment with James Cook University.

Helena Harrison

Helena Harrison is a Senior Educational Consultant with infinEd. She also holds an Adjunct Associate Professor position with James Cook University. Helena has extensive experience as both a health professional and academic, having published numerous articles relating to quality in education, including a leading transition to practice textbook. Helena is an expert in high-quality education, from traditional classroom-based learning and teaching strategies, through to the development and use of cutting edge educational technology. She has extensive experience working with educational institutions to develop high-quality educational programs and accreditation submissions. She is an expert in qualitative research, in particular case study, and has demonstrated expertise in educational project development, implementation, and evaluation.
